In a quiet, serene position on the banks of the Inlet, Serenity Cottage provides the perfect relaxing experience, as you watch the kangaroos, ducks, swans, pelicans and birdlife from the cottage and gardens and marvel at nature. Access to the river is easy: just walk down the garden and through the nature reserve. Put your boat in at the nearby public boat ramp and enjoy fishing or sightseeing. You will be pleasantly surprised by the amount of fish you will catch. If relaxing is your style, pick up a book and enjoy the deck overlooking the river as you watch the world float by.

There are many interesting and fun activities to be had in Sussex Inlet, have a look at the guest folder in the cottage. There is a beach nearby in Berrara that is approximately ten minutes by car. Boat hire is available on the river. We suggest that you walk to the RSL club (10 minutes along the river front) and enjoy a reasonably priced meal and drink. Ride home on the club bus if needed!
